Yum. Today is National Hot Pastrami Sandwich Day. I plan on visiting a local deli I have to participate for dinner. Here are some recipes from CD Kitchen. They have a lot of fun with Fun Food Holidays.

Better yet I would love to make the recipe I found at Inspired 2 Cook for Grilled Pastrami, Swiss, and Sweet Onion Marmalade on Rye. Oh My!
