Lucky Leaf Pie Filling Recipes for Memorial Day- YUM!

Saturday, May 22, 2010 Posted by Rita A

Memorial Day is fast approaching and that means the beginning of summer parties and barbeques. If you are planning a holiday get together, Lucky Leaf has a recipe your guests will want to devour. Trust me, I made it and it is oh so good! It was very easy to make using Lucky Leaf Pie Filling, a few ingredients and you will have a show stopper dessert. Presenting Angel Food Patriotic Delight! It is a dessert made with prepared angel food cake cubes mixed with vanilla pudding and whipped topping, layered with three flavors of Lucky Leaf pie filling, Apple, Cherry and Blueberry. Scrumptious! It makes a nice large size dessert sure to please a party full. Let me tell you, it is so delicious. My family loved it! Each layer has the yummy fruitiness of the pie filling. The pudding mixed with the angel food cake makes it a moist treat in the layers of fruit. This recipe looks great too, especially if you create it in a large glass bowl. The layers are very patriotic!

For something different still made quickly with Lucky Leaf Pie Filling, take a look at the American Flag Cake for another tasty idea for a fabulous dessert.
