This sounds like a really interesting book!
My beauty problem/concern is my thin, limp hair. I try to use volumizing shampoos but they don't seem to help much.

My beauty secret is to always wear sunscreen when you go out. It's best to have make-up that already has sun protection for the drives to/from work.
