A little about Carolyn: Carolyn West was inspired by an apron set from Paris. Her creative endeavor thus began by finding patterns from the 1940's to bring them up to a modern style. "I wanted to bring back the glamour, sexiness, and cuteness of a bygone innocent era. The gloves and fabrics are new and nicer - it's a new and improved version of the '40's." I love her idea of Suzy HomeFaker slaving over a hot microwave. Isn't that the truth?
