The Confectional: Cheesecakes - Giveaway (ends 8/31)

I first became aware of The Confectional on a TLC show - Crazy For Cheese. Wanting to lick the TV, I was drooling over the assortment of pure decadence cheesecakes. I was planning my trip to Seattle and looking for the best airfares before the segment was over because I have to get to The Confectional. I just have to! There is a cheesecake with my name on it! Imagine how excited I am to tell you that The Confectional has brought their beautiful cheesecakes to me!
The Confectional is lovingly owned by Paul with his partners, Troy and Destiny. The boutique is located in the famous Pike Place Market in Seattle, Washington. Started in 2004 by Paul, while in New Zealand then bringing his business to the Pike Place Market in 2006, the joy of making cheesecake is a true passion. They enjoy baking them so we can enjoy eating them!
The quality of ingredients is only the finest and purest. The thick crusts are made from Maria biscuits from Spain. The products do not contain hydrogenated oils. Fresh eggs only come from cage free hens. To make the cheesecakes extra special they are topped with a signature sweetened sour cream.

| Lemon White Chocolate |
Each cheesecake is made as an individual cake, slightly larger than the average home cupcake size. The cheesecakes are available in 14 delicious gourmet flavors. Here is the really tasty part. Courtesy of the lovely Destiny of The Confectional, I was sent a sampler of 9 different flavors. The cheesecakes came expertly packaged in a divided box showcased in cheesecake glory by a see through box top. Very classy presentation! The adorable cheesecakes were peeking out, tempting me with all the delightful flavors. My husband loves cheesecake. Watching him decide which flavor to taste first was fun. Of course our first choice was the Seattle's New York - Style. The richness of vanilla in this traditional flavor was ever so perfect with the addition of lemon zest. The taste was superb. There was a very happy cheesecake smile on hubby's face.
The fabulous additional flavors in my assortment:

Words can not express the decadence in each bite of these amazing flavors. The oh my goodness this is good eye roll explains it the best! One of my favorite flavors was the Lemon White Chocolate. The creaminess of the cheesecake was delightfully made with fresh lemon juice and lemon zest in a rich white chocolate combination. The flavor was rich from the chocolate with the added zing of the lemon. Topped with the oh so good sour cream, this is a cheesecake I would fly to Seattle for! My goodness it melted in your mouth giving you the sweet and slightly tart taste sensation at the same time. Amazing. The one cheesecake that I wish I had 3 or 4 more of is the Raspberry White Chocolate. It happens to be The Confectionals most popular flavor! After tasting, I can see why. The white chocolate cheesecake is filled with whole sweet raspberries on a thick rich chocolate crust. Pure dreaminess. Raspberry with chocolate has always been one of my favorite combinations and this cheesecake....it brings those flavors together in such a scrumptious treat. I need to order more! For a pure chocolate flavor, the Mexican Chocolate was incredible. This cheesecake was a spicy blend of chocolate, cayenne pepper and cinnamon. The taste was rich chocolate then you get the spicy slow burning heat that lingered in taste. Muy Delicioso. Each of the gourmet flavors made for the perfect sweet treat cheesecake. We loved them all!

The box size comes in the 9 count, 16 count and the best value 20 count. Once you have one, you will want to order the 20 count. Wow... making ME choose a favorite gourmet cheesecake flavor when it's my favorite dessert! :) But since I have to do it, I'd choose the peanut butter chocolate. That sounds totally heavenly!
