Cat Nap for the Cause - Quicky Giveaway (ends 10/23)

It is so exciting to see all the support for Breast Cancer Awareness month. It is a sea of pink! Here is another fun activity to show your support from Purina Cat Chow - Cat Nap for the Cause.
It is pretty simple - sign up on the Purina Cat Chow facebook page to take a 20 minute "Cat Nap". For each "napper" that signs up, Purina Cat Chow will be donating $2.00 to Susan G. Komen for the Cure - up to $150,000. Join Actress Kate Walsh to support the cause. Kate Walsh's mother is a 10 year breast cancer survivor!
It has been shown that the special bond between cat owners and their cats created a calming feeling and a beloved source of comfort. As a two cat owner, one of my favorite sounds is my cat purring. Having a cat share your lap, when you are not feeling your best, can be a warming moment of peace. I think cats can sense when you need a purr session.
Take a quick moment to sign up on Facebook. Click on the Cat Nap tab to register. I will be napping with my two cats!
Look for the special pink ribbon packages of Purina Cat Chow in your local stores.

My indoor cat Spooky demands what she considers her fair share of lap time! She also curls up behind my knees when I nap! That sounds like a wonderful idea for a cool Saturday afternoon!
