Where were these awesome toys when we were little? Have you had a chance to play with Moon Dough? Moon Dough is a new magical molding dough that is so much fun for kids to play with. The way it molds is amazing.
To get started with Moon Dough, take a little dough from the packaging and squish it around in your hands making it soft and moldable. Parents it is suggested to knead the dough into a ball then hand it to the kids to use. Once the dough is pliable, it is easy to place the small amounts into the molds. The detail of the molds is fantastic! I wanted to experience first hand the new Moon Dough so I had to buy the Pan Pizza kit. It is so cute! The pizza kit contains three colors of Moon Dough - yellow, red and green. Pressing the yellow in the pizza mold it made a perfect round pizza to add the fun molded Moon Dough "toppings". Make a mold of a wedge of cheese then place the cheese in the pizza oven - presto you have a mushroom, tomato or other fun topping. It even comes with a pizza box to slice the pizza creation. What is great about the Moon Dough, it never dries out! It is soft to the touch and never sticky.
Moon Dough is recommended for ages 3+. Moon Dough is not meant to be eaten, which actually brings me to my one concern for the kids. The colors and the texture of the Moon Dough reminds me of marshmallows. Good thing the dough is not sweet scented, it could easily be mistaken as a sweet treat. Keep an eye on those kids that taste everything. They might want to eat the pretty colored Moon Dough.
Moon Dough comes in a few different sets as well as single refills. I played with the Pan Pizza Kit. The Moon Dough Barn is adorable! They also have smaller sets of a Diner and Puppies. You can purchase Moon Dough Products at major retailers including Target, Walmart, Toys r Us and Kmart. You can also order directly online from Moon Dough. Kids will love Moon Dough this holiday season.
